What is CBD?
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound used to promote health and wellness. Present in many plants we eat everyday such as broccoli and kale, CBD, is most abundant in the hemp plant. PINK Jasmine™ products are only sourced from Hemp CBD. This ensures all of our products are legal, safe and non-psychoactive.
What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Hemp and marijuana are both a part of the Cannabaceae family. Marijuana is infamous for its psychoactive properties as it contains a cannabinoid known as THC. Hemp contains trace amounts of THC and high amounts of CBD. PINK Jasmine™ products undergo a process which removes all traces of THC, removing any from the final product.
Are your products legal in the US?
Yes, hemp derived CBD is legal to purchase and ship in the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill. There is no need to obtain a medical marijuana card to purchase PINK Jasmine products.
Will I get high?
No, you will not get high off of Hemp Extract CBD. Our products are all derived from industrial grade hemp, and do not contain any psychoactive elements
Will I pass a drug test?
All of our consumable products are made with Broad Spectrum CBD, containing zero THC. Our products are tested at the facility and third party labs to confirm that they contain 0% THC.
Are there any contradictions with medication?

What does Broad Spectrum CBD mean?
Broad spectrum refers to CBD oil products that contain a combination of all the beneficial cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids present in hemp, except for THC. Our broad spectrum products contain no detectable THC, as shown on our lab reports.
Do your CBD products have a shelf life?
The cannabinoid, CBD, does not have an expiration date. However, CBD oil products can deteriorate and should be used within a certain period of time. They should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and in airtight containers. Please refer to each individual product label for expiration dates and more information.
Where is PINK Jasmine CBD grown?
All hemp used in PINK Jasmine™ products is grown organically in the beautiful state of Colorado.
Are PINK Jasmine’s Products Organic and Vegan?
PINK Jasmine’s™ hemp is grown using organic methods and our products contain other organic ingredients. All of Jasmine’s products are vegan except our salve which does use beeswax.
Is PINK Jasmine safe for all ages?
Yes, PINK Jasmine ’s CBD is derived from hemp and is THC-free. Making it non-psychoactive and safe for all ages.
